As of July, 2004, under the “Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act” you have a right to receive your contact lenses prescription from prescribers. Your eye care practitioner is required to give you a copy of your contact lens prescription when you have your eyes examined – even if you don’t ask for it!

According to the Act, LensNow will now need to have your contact lenses prescription on file. We will make it easy for you!

Our verification team will check to make sure that everything is in order, and will mark your order as verified. The faster you send us your contacts prescription, the faster we can process and ship your order.

Fast Submit: If you have your eye doctor’s name, phone number and fax number, you can enter eye doctor’s information in the Submit Form area or just simply email to support@lensnow.com with your Order ID, and we will confirm your prescription on your behalf and ship your order.

If you are not satisfied with your lenses for any reason simply return them in good condition in the original containers and we will exchange the lenses or provide a full refund at your option.

At LensNow we guarantee that you will receive the exact type and brand of contact lenses specified in your order. Each lens will arrive sealed in manufacturer's sterile packaging or your purchase will be refunded. Only Unopened boxes or glass vials of lenses can be returned for a refund within 30 days of order excluding shipping and handling charges.* Opened products can be returned only if you have a valid prescription for the lenses, with which you have been wearing without problems, and you feel that the lens is defective in some way. Please have a copy of your prescription together with the questioned lens and original packaging return to us. They will be returned to the manufacturer for examination. Misused or mishandled lens will not be replaced or returned.

Please ensure that you only order replacement contact lenses which you have been authorized by your optometrist to wear. For your protection, items should be returned via traceable mail.

Should you wish to return your lenses, you must email support@lensnow.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). In your return, a copy of your invoice must be included with the Return Merchandise Form.

* Wild Eyes special effect contacts and some special lenses, e.g. Custom Made Lenses cannot be returned or exchanged.
*A $10.00 re-stocking fee may apply on returned lens.

Cancellation- Kindly note an order can be cancelled at no charge before the manufacturer send out contacts. Cancellation after the manufacturer sending out contacts will incurr an manufacturer re-stocking fees of $10.00 per each manufacturer.
