Return Policy

• Returns will be accepted with prior authorization only.
  
  Should you wish to return your lenses, you must call or email to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before you can return the product. Please, write the RMA number on the outside of the box when sending the product back to us. Also a copy of your invoice must be included with the Return Merchandise Form.
  
  
• Only Unopened boxes or glass vials of lenses can be returned for a refund within 30 days of order excluding shipping and handling charges.
  
  
• Opened products can be returned only if you have a valid prescription for the lenses, with which you have been wearing without problems, and you feel that the lens is defective in some way. Please have a copy of your prescription together with the questioned lens and original packaging return to us. They will be returned to the manufacturer for examination.
  
  Misused or mishandled lens will not be replaced or returned. Please ensure that you only order replacement contact lenses which you have been authorized by your optometrist to wear.

  For your protection, items should be returned via traceable mail.
  
  

• A $10.00 USD re-stocking fee may apply on returned lens.
  
  
  Cancellation- Kindly note an order can be cancelled at no charge before the manufacturer send out contacts. Cancellation after the manufacturer sending out contacts will incurr an manufacturer re-stocking fees of $10.00 USD per each manufacturer.
  
  
  

• Wild Eyes special effect contacts and some special lenses, and all products that are custom made or made to order (MTO) can’t be returned or exchanged.
• Any product listed on our site as final sale, non-returnable or non-exchangeable can’t be returned or exchanged.
  
• Any product that has been opened from its original manufacturer packaging can’t be returned or exchanged.
  
• Any claims made after 30 days from the ship date can not be honored.
