Continental US
  • Regular Shipping:
    USPS Priority/First Class with Tracking US $6.95 (2-3 business days after dispatch)
  • 1-2 Day Air service is available on stock lenses.
    DHL Next Business Day (Online order Tracking) Please call 1-888-770-5367 to make arrangement
Canada:
  • Canada Xpress Post with Tracking and Insurance, All orders US $9.95 (2-3 business days after dispatch)
APO/FPO via USPS Priority Mail:
  • $6.95 (longer delivery times may apply)

Notes:

  • UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES Shipping and Handliorng charges to APO and FPO addresses will be charged the same as US domestic rates shown above.
  • We do ship to APO and FPO address via U.S. Postal Services (USPS). Please note: There may be 1-2 business day delay in shipping by USPS method since we have to physically drop off the packages at a Postal Office.
    All USPS packages are shipped with return signature required to confirm the delivery.
    Please use AE or AP as the state for APO and FPO addresses.
  • Canadian orders are sent directly from Canada by XPressPost.
  • Discount Contact Lenses uses Federal Express and the United States Post Office depending on region and selected shipping method. However, if you wish to leave us notes regarding use of one particular carrier, you may do so in the "Special Instructions" field at checkout. We can also ship Federal Express billed to your account number if you prefer.
  • Lenses sold from stock should arrive within the times specified above from the date your order is processed.
  • We will advise you before processing your order if delays are likely due to manufacturer back-orders, etc.

  When will my order ship?
The following factors may affect our ability to ship your order quickly:
  • Make sure your billing and shipping information is correct.

  • We will not ship orders to be paid by personal check until the check has cleared.

  • If we need to verify your prescription with your eye doctor, we will not be able to ship your lenses until after we have confirmed that you have a valid prescription.

  • If we happen to be out of stock when you order, we will upgrade your shipping (if necessary) to make sure that you receive your lenses within the specified delivery timeline. However, we cannot account for some manufacturer backorders that may delay delivery further.
