No responsibility can be accepted by Lens Now should a customer not informing Lens Now that the customer has been advised to stop wearing contact lenses by an eye care or medical practitioner and has, within the last 12 months, suffered from any eye related condition requiring treatment.

No responsibility can be accepted by Lens Now for a customer's lack of suitability to wear contact lenses as detailed in the specification provided by the customer, or for the customer overall suitability to wear contact lenses.
